Contributions and Charges

The annual amount of contributions parents/caregivers are being asked to pay is $50.00 per child. While contributions are voluntary, the quality of our teaching and learning program will be maximised when each family contributes by supplementing funding gained from other sources, including the State and Commonwealth governments.

It is vital the school receives your family’s contribution which is used to supplement school expenditure in the curriculum learning areas.

This may be paid by cash, EFTPOS or via direct debit. Please use VC and surname with first initial of child as reference. If you are having difficulty paying voluntary contribution, incursions or excursions, please contact the office who will assist with a payment plan for your convenience.

Excursions and Incursions 

During the year the class teacher may organise for your child to attend an excursion or incursion. You will receive details of this including the itinerary, cost and permission slip closer to the time.

To ensure your child can attend it is necessary to return any paperwork by the required date. All monies are to be placed in the blue locked box in reception. Payment can also be made via direct deposit using surname and in/excursion as reference.
